Optional Voluntary Information We offer the following services, which require some type of voluntary submission of personal information by users:

1. Electronic newsletters (Dispatches) We may offer an electronic newsletter to users. NEVR SURRENDER may gather the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users may also unsubscribe to the newsletters by notifying NEVR SURRENDER in writing.

2. Message boards/forums Users of the site's Message Boards and Forums must register separately for these services in order to post messages, although they needn't register to visit the site. During registration the user is required to supply a username, password, and email address at a minimum for security purposes.

3. "E-mail this to a friend" Service Our site users may be able to choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "e-mail this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the email.

4. Polling We may offer interactive polls to users so they can easily share their opinions with other users and see what our audience thinks about important issues. Opinions or other responses to polls may be aggregated and may or may not be identifiable to any particular user. NEVR SURRENDER may use a system to "tag" users after they have voted, so they can vote only once on a particular question. This tag may be correlated with information about individual users.

ARBITRATION

By using this site, you consent to resolve any controversy or dispute arising between User and NEVR SURRENDER under this agreement by arbitration conducted in Lansing, Michigan, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

SEVERABILITY & CHOICE OF LAWS

All efforts have been made to ensure the legality and enforceability of every provision of this policy, but if any are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall constitute the entire agreement between User and NEVR SURRENDER with the Uniform Commercial Code and applicable federal and state law regarding internet usage to act as a guide for gap-fillers in the absence of arbitration. This agreement is controlled by the laws of the State of Michigan.

EXCLUSIVITY & TOTALITY OF AGREEMENT

This policy shall constitute the sole, total, and exclusive policy between User and NEVR SURRENDER regarding use of covered websites.
